ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chris Burt - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee customer service and daily operations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Answer phones, respond to emails and texts from customers.
- Handle customer complaints and issues regarding but not limited to billing, claims, and coverage and rate questions.
- Quote and write additional products including auto, fire, life and health.
- Be curious about our customers, ask questions and identify opportunities for additional products and services that serve the customers best interests.
- Set appointments for other team members and the agent.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in customer service preferred.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Communication and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
