RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in auto, home, liability, life and disability insurance.
  • Maintain high levels of outbound calling and texting to win new households to our agency.
  • Overcome objections to persist in sales conversations.
  • Maintain high level of quoting activity in auto, home, life and health insurance.
  • Uncover the needs of each customer through family and financial fact-finding.
  • Set Retirement Planning conversations for the agent.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Positive Attitude + Hard Work Ethic.
  • Ability to bounce back from rejection and maintain positivity and enthusiasm.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services preferred.
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
